Wholesaling - Sellwise identifies the distressed property, seller agrees to sell and puts under contract with Sellwise to close. Sellwise goes to buyer list and transfers contract to buyer. Sellwise receives assignment fee as reward.

Fix & Flips - Sellwise identifies the distressed property, but with lots of upside potential.

Rentals - Sellwise identifies the distressed property, but with lots of upside potential and at a great price.
